IOU Active Hub Running Confident

In May  we enjoyed a short introductory running route for anyone new to running, returning to running, or simply curious about joining a running group.

Natalie from St Pols Striders shared some brilliant introductory advice alongside her own lived experience, helping to make the session welcoming and encouraging for everyone involved.  There was plenty of connection, laughter, and community spirit throughout the session, with participants supporting each other every step of the way. Walking, running and chatting.

One participant said: “I didn’t realise how much better it is running with a group, when can we do this again?!” We’re really pleased to have referred two people to our local partners, St Pols Women’s Running Club.
