The IOU Hostel offers exclusive self-catering hire, perfect for special occasions, artist retreats, conferences, board away days, festivals, and more.
With space for up to 40 guests, we welcome arts organisations, creative industries, outdoor enthusiasts, and groups of all kinds who appreciate our unique vegetarian spaces.
Accessible and inclusive, the Hostel features one fully accessible ground-floor bedroom with wet room facilities, four additional ground floor, ensuite double/triple rooms, and nine first floor ensuite bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups, private events, workshops, and meetings.

Payment and Deposits: 25% paid on booking - 10% of which is a non-refundable deposit
100% (or balance) paid 90 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Charge Payable & Refund Policy
10% is non-refundable
25% is charged if cancelled between 90-120 days before arrival
50% is charged if cancelled between 60-90 days before arrival
100% is charged if cancelled less than 60 before arrival
Damage Deposit A £300 refundable damage deposit will also be required prior to check-in on your credit or debit card as a security bond towards damage caused by you or your group to our property during your stay (for the avoidance of doubt such bond will only be retained in the event of damage).
